Refund policy
We hope that you will be happy with your purchase. However, if you are unhappy for whatever reason, we can offer either an exchange or refund of the goods provided they are returned to us within 14 days of receipt of your order, unworn, complete with all original tags, and in original and resalable condition.

From Outside The EU
When returning goods from outside The U.K. please state ‘RETURNED GOODS’ on the outer package to avoid any customs charges and delays with your refund.
All returned items must be unworn, unwashed and complete with original tags and packaging.
We are not responsible for the return shipping cost of items.
It is advisable to make sure all return packages are well packaged and are sent with a trackable, insured service. We cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in return transit.
If returning an item from outside the EU, please use the 'RETURNED GOODS’ label provided or write this on the parcel, to avoid any customs charges. J.B Adamson is NOT responsible for any return custom charges made and may refuse to receive the parcel.
We will refund shipping charges only if the goods are in some way faulty.
