A handsome pair of Baer & Wilde Kumapart cufflinks, featuring beautifully restrained Edwardian detailing and a timeless monochrome design.
The square faces are centred with luminous mother-of-pearl discs, framed by deep black enamel and finely engraved silver-tone borders that give the pair a refined architectural feel. Elegant without excess, they sit perfectly alongside formal tailoring from the early 20th century.
The reverse fittings remain marked Baer & Wilde / Kumapart Regd., retaining their original patented fastening system.
Condition
Very good vintage condition with light age-related patina and crisp detailing throughout. Mother-of-pearl remains bright and well preserved, with the mechanisms functioning smoothly. No original packaging present. A tasteful and increasingly scarce example of early gentleman’s dress accessories.
