1920s Kumapart Snap Cufflinks On Original Card

A beautifully restrained pair of Kumapart cufflinks by Baer & Wilde, displaying the clean geometry and refined colour palette characteristic of early Art Deco gentleman’s accessories.

The circular faces are centred with luminous mother-of-pearl, framed by soft sage green enamel and fine silver-tone segmented detailing. The balanced symmetry and muted tones create an elegant, understated appearance that pairs effortlessly with formal tailoring from the 1920s and 1930s.

The reverse fittings remain stamped Baer & Wilde, retaining the original patented Kumapart fastening system. The surviving branded presentation card further adds to their authenticity and period charm.

Condition

Very good vintage condition with light age-related patina to the reverse and fittings. The enamel remains well preserved with crisp detailing throughout, while the mother-of-pearl centres retain a strong natural lustre. Mechanisms function smoothly. Original display card included with minor wear consistent with age. A refined and increasingly scarce collector’s piece from the golden age of gentleman’s dress accessories.
