A refined pair of Pioneer Registered cufflinks, combining delicate engraved detailing with the understated elegance associated with early 20th-century gentleman’s dress.
The octagonal faces feature softly iridescent mother-of-pearl centres, surrounded by fine concentric decoration and bordered with subtle scrollwork engraving to the outer edge. The muted silver tones and restrained ornamentation give the pair a timeless, formal character.
The reverse fittings remain marked Pioneer Registered, retaining their original fastening mechanism and period craftsmanship.
Condition
Very good vintage condition with light age-related patina and crisp detailing throughout. Mother-of-pearl remains bright with a soft natural lustre, while the mechanisms function smoothly. A tasteful and highly wearable example of early gentleman’s accessories.
